In the roaster’s words
Raspberry Jam, Apricot, Cola Edier and Fabian Vargas are the two brothers behind this washed Pink Bourbon. They ensure production and processing are held to the highest quality standards, by doing all the work themselves, with the help of their two other siblings. This lot went through a 50-hour aerobic fermentation in cherry plus a 50-hour aerobic fermentation depulped. The result is a deliciously complex, vibrant and sweet cup!
