Baima, China
In the roaster’s words
It’s the third season we source coffee from this producer and we’re incredibly excited to have this coffee back. The Baima farm is located in the Yunnan province and is run by Laicheng Dong. It’s named after the mountain where the coffee grows, which translates to ‘white horse’. Laicheng returned to his home town in 2010 and has been growing coffee ever since. Local restrictions on waste water mean that he is focused on producing natural and honey process coffees. 100% Baima, China Farm: Baima Region: Menglian, Yunnan Altitude: 1300 - 1500 MASL Processing: Anaerobic natural Varieties: Catimor
