Zarza coffee comes from Jhonatan Gasca and Alejandra Muñoz Ortiz, the producers behind the World Barista Championship-winning milk coffee in 2025. A third-generation family farm in Bruselas, it’s guided by heritage and commitment to quality. Their deep processing knowledge together with high-quality varietals combine to create a coffee of rich complexity and layered sweetness. A new way to drink iced coffee at WatchHouse. Cold-extracted and espresso-strength, Cold shots is developed for cold serves from the start, holding its structure over ice for a cleaner, sweeter, and more balanced cup.
