In the roaster’s words
Tastes like: Rosehip, Elderflower, Panela This elegant coffee is our third sourced from Fernando and Alejandra Garcia in Huila, Colombia. Expect bright rosehip, delicate elderflower florals, and a soft, caramel-like sweetness of panela. Fernando is a social activist whose work has supported community efforts opposing dam projects that threatened local livelihoods and environments. He and Alejandra have built a resilient farm model through training in crop diversification, growing fruit alongside coffee to strengthen long-term stability. This thoughtful approach reflects both care for their land and commitment to their community. This coffee is our second single lot release from them, this time showcasing the Chiroso variety, celebrated for its vibrant character, clarity, and refined, expressive cup quality.
