TASTES LIKE: Cacao Nibs, Red Fruits, Chocolate Juicebox is our house coffee focused on balanced, juicy flavour profiles. W e seasonally rotate this coffee, to maintain the best quality and taste all year round. Lovely. What's in the bag at the moment? - Another season, another Juicebox! Get your tiny little straws and pierce your way into our newest fruity carton of fun. Our latest Juicebox comes from several family-run farms in Planadas, Tolima, one of Colombia's most exciting coffee growing regions. Some of these families are part of local Indigenous communities and have spent years working with nearby cooperatives to refine their farming, harvesting, and natural processing techniques. The result of their hard work is this sweet, fruit-forward coffee that really highlights the character of the natural process. Only the ripest cherries are hand-picked and carefully sorted to ensure quality. The beans are then sun-dried on raised beds under controlled conditions until they reach the perfect moisture level. This microlot is also made entirely from the Caturra variety, a productive and disease-resistant mutation of Red Bourbon.
