If you brew your coffee using a filter method and like to drink it black, then this single origin is for you. We use this for all batch brew filters at Rosslyn, however it also works well with other filter brewing methods including French Press/Cafetiere, V60 and Aeropress. Combining a medium body with medium acidity, this coffee offers a complex, smooth and lightly fruity cup with notes of nectarine, r aisin and s ugarcane.
