In the roaster’s words
CLOUD NINE rewrites expectations. A mix of a lactic fermented, Rwanda Red Bourbon variety, and a distinct natural Catimor variety from Banka Yunnan one natural. Two origins. One remarkable expression between terroir, process and possibility. Expect red currant, shortbread and pineapple puree, layered with silky sweetness and sparkling acidity. It opens with vibrant red fruit and florals before unfolding into tropical complexity, finishing with a lingering sweetness that feels both refined and unexpected. On one side, Musaza's high-elevation lactic fermentation natural process delivers the vivid fruit character and clarity that have made Rwanda one of the world's most exciting coffee origins. On the other, Banka showcases the Chinese specialty high levels, revealing remarkable depth, structure and elegance from the mountains of Yunnan.
