Hot on the heels of Akshay's glorious ICON coffee, we present this staple from the Mooleh Manay Estate. Perfected over the last few years, this carbonic maceration process is utilised for a blend of the varieties which they cultivate. Expect tropical notes like dried mangoes with sweet blueberries and a lovely rich boozy quality.
