MOONSHINE is magic in a cup, where Colombia’s Jairo Arcila Watermelon Co-Ferment clashes with Uganda’s Bukonzo Dream from the misty Rwenzori Mountains. Bright, juicy and expressive. Think watermelon candy, ripe lychee and tangy raspberry weaving through a silky, tropical sweetness. Arcila’s co-ferment reveals a spectrum of flavours. 48 hours of dry anaerobic fermentation with fresh watermelon transforms Castillo beans into a vibrant medley of juicy, tropical notes. Bukonzo Dream adds structure and clarity, naturally sun-dried on highland beds, giving a vibrant backbone of citrus brightness, gentle floral hints, and a round, juicy mouthfeel.
