Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Washed Altitude: 1700mASL Lot 883 comes from Janson Coffee Farm in Panama, where the Janson family, including Kai and Janette Janson, have built a reputation for producing some of the country's most refined coffees. Having visited the family on multiple occasions, we have long admired their meticulous approach to cultivation and processing, which consistently results in coffees defined by clarity, elegance and precision. This washed Geisha is carefully processed to highlight the variety’s natural florality and structure, delivering a clean and expressive profile. In the cup we find flavour notes of lavender, mandarin and passionfruit.
