Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Natural Altitude: 1800mASL **Pre-Order: The first roast date will be 2nd of June** Formed the same year as Special Guests we've been buying from Franz and his team since the beginning. The Lost Origin cupping table has shown us many incredible coffees over the years we've worked together. This lot is from Santamaria, Boquete and processed at the Lost Origin lab in Panama City. The fermentation stage is carried out in custom-built stainless steel tanks, guided by two cultures, LOY-007 and LOY-012. The process lasted 7 days under controlled conditions at an average temperature of 8.63°C. Finally, the coffee is dried over 46.5 days in temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms. In the cup, we found flavour notes of lime, mango and strawberry. Weber Workshops Bean Cellar - 24g Dose This coffee is available in an incredibly small quantity and only available as a 24g dose.
