In the roaster’s words
Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Depulped Altitude: 1800mASL **Pre-Order: The first roast date will be 2nd of June** Formed the same year as Special Guests we've been buying from Franz and his team since the beginning. The Lost Origin cupping table has shown us many incredible coffees over the years we've worked together. This lot was grown at Lerida and producer Maria Antonella Amoruso before being transported to the Lost Origin lab in Panama City. The coffee has undergone a fermentation without any microbial starters in custom-built stainless steel tanks for 4.6 days at 12.2°C. Then the coffee was moved to temperature and humidity-regulated drying rooms for 14.6 days. In the cup, we found flavour notes of melon, cream soda and green tea. Weber Workshops Bean Cellar - 24g Dose This coffee is available in an incredibly small quantity and only available as a 24g dose. Each 24g dose comes in custom-engraved Weber Workshops Bean Cellar - a BPA-free, polypropylene tube with a one-way valve in the lid - perfect for reuse in your coffee set up time and time again. *Limited to 2 per order
