Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Orange Bourbon Process: Natural Finca Don Benjie is a family-run estate in Boquete, Panama, producing exceptional specialty coffees shaped by the region’s volcanic soils, altitude and unique climate. We've now visited many times, and are proud to work with the team, sharing their coffee that exemplifies their dedication to quality. This lot is an orange bourbon, processed as a natural. It has been oxidised for 24 hours, pre-dried for 2 days in bastidores before being dried in cold room for 6 weeks. In the cup we find notes of p anela, mango and pineapple.
