Sourced from 81 smallholder farmers of the Peña Roja cooperative, this coffee benefits from shared expertise and community support through Fedecocagua. Hand-picked and carefully washed using minimal water, this coffee undergoes dry fermentation before being dried on sunlit patios, raised beds, and parabolic dryers, often set along steep hillsides. The result is a clean, expressive cup.
