The Viani region in Colombia enjoys a favorable location with all three thermal floors: warm, temperate, and cold. This diversity creates numerous possibilities for agricultural production. As a result, this coffee can be harvested nearly year-round—something that delights both us and the farmers. Apple and citrus notes, with hints of caramel, pair perfectly with the bright acidity of this medium-bodied coffee.
