Signature Blend The house favourite — crafted to be smooth, versatile and endlessly enjoyable. This blend brings together two exceptional origins: a naturally processed Brazil Red Catuai & IAC-44 from the sun-drenched hills of Cerrado (1000–1200 MASL), and a washed lot from Planadas, Tolima (1600–2100 MASL), showcasing Colombia’s finest Castillo, Caturra, Typica, Bourbon and even a touch of Geisha . The result is a coffee that delivers balance and depth in every brew. Expect layers of silky milk chocolate and caramel sweetness , lifted by a crisp red apple finish . Deliciously versatile, it shines as a bold, clean espresso and pairs beautifully with milk for rich, indulgent lattes and flat whites.
