Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Natural Altitude: 1780mASL Last year we were able to share a cupping room with the Laura Suarez for the very first time. Here we were able to taste a range of coffees, from their three farms. These including lots from Camiseta, their parents first coffee farm in Boquete Panama. And where this coffee, GNLB Geisha Don Carlos Natural Lot #12, is from. It has undergone a traditional natural process which is reflected in the cup, where we find flavour notes of plum, dark chocolate and cranberry.
