Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Natural Altitude: 1700mASL Featuring The Janson's coffee is always a pleasure. Having had the opportunity to visit more than once, this year we've been able to purchase more lots than ever. This lot, 1015, from the Los Alpes farm is a geisha varietal that has undergone a natural process. When we first tried it in Panama months ago, it was hard to limit ourselves to three flavour notes - it was full of tropical, berry and citric fruit. A classic example of what we've come to know their coffees to be. In the cup we find flavour notes of apple, peach and candied lemon.
