Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Country of Origin: Colombia Variety: Gesha Process: Washed Altitude: 1650-1850mASL This coffee from the world-famous Cafe Granja La Esperanza who first introduced Gesha in Colombia at Cerro Azul before being planted at their Las Margaritas farm, where both bronze and green tip varietals now grow. This particular lot has undergone a washed process, with cherries undergoing depulping, and dried on raised beds. This traditional style of processing reflects in the coffees cup profile. In the cup you’ll find notes of hibiscus, yellow plum and yuzu.
Notes
Cherries were depulped and dried on raised beds.
