In the roaster’s words
Country of Origin: Tanzania Variety: Gesha Process: Washed Altitude: 1900mASL This Geisha AB lot comes from Acacia Hills Coffee Estate in Tanzania, a farm we have previously featured and continue to admire for its commitment to quality. Founded by Leon and Aideen Christianakis, Acacia Hills has transformed a once-neglected estate into one of Tanzania’s most recognised specialty coffee farms, producing exceptional coffees utilising shade-grown and agroforestry practices. This washed Geisha has been carefully processed to highlight the variety’s natural elegance, with a clean structure, refined sweetness and the clarity that defines Acacia Hills’ coffees. In the cup we find notes of blackcurrant, nectarine and bergamot.
