Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Natural Altitude: 1700mASL It was an honour to have had Kai visit our shop on Aybrook St recently. He spent an evening walking everyone through the Janson approach to coffee and tasted some of the latest coffees he had. It's these moments that bridge the gap, share knowledge and deepen our understanding. So, as always, it's a pleasure to have another one of their coffees on our menu. This lot, 1035, is a classic natural. Its tropical characteristics were prominent on the cupping table, and it reflected i n the cup where we found flavour notes of pineapple, mandarin and yellow plum.
