Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Washed Altitude: 1700mASL This lot from Kai and his team at the Janson farm, was chosen for it's incredibly classic profile. As a Washed Geisha we expect clarity, white tea-like characteristics and sweetness - #1007 has them all. We're proud to have coffees from Janson on our menu, as not only are they award winning, we've been able to spend time visiting, tasting and talking coffee. Through this process we understand better what forms their approach and ultimately how that translates in to your coffee wherever you drink it. In the cup we find flavour notes of redcurrant, rose and pomegranate.
