Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Natural Altitude: 1700mASL Lot 838 is a Geisha Natural from Janson Coffee Farm in Panama, produced by the Janson family, whose dedication to quality has established them as one of the country’s most respected producers. This an exciting opportunity to share one of their carefully selected lots. Through natural processing, the coffee cherries are dried intact, allowing the fruit to impart greater sweetness and complexity while highlighting the distinctive floral and fruit-forward character of this coffee. In the cup we find flavour notes of p ear, papaya and toffee.
