In the roaster’s words
Great Taste Award 2026 Pivot is sourced with experimentation in mind. Fruit forward and always exciting, Pivot is single-origin espresso as it should be. It’s also perfect for pivoting between different brew methods - fantastic as an adventurous espresso, but just as great as pour over or in a cafetière. Eva Gotiti station was established in 2022 on a two-hectare plot of land. Since its inception, it has steadily developed, with long-term plans for expansion, including underground water sourcing, the installation of artificial dryers, site expansion, and solar tunnel installation. It follows strict water management and traceability practices, reducing water use, separating coffee pulp from wastewater, and implementing efficient record-keeping from farm to export. Expect tasting notes of hibiscus, peach, jasmine Recommended brew methods: Espresso, Aeropress, stovetop, cold brew, cafetière, filter (V60, Kalita, etc) Gotiti, Ethiopia Producer: Eva Gotiti processing station Region: Gedeo zone, Gedeb woreda, Gotiti kebele Altitude: 2000 - 2100 MASL Varieties: Local landraces Processing: Washed
