In the roaster’s words
Colombia / Pink Bourbon / Fully Washed / 1,500 to 1,600 masl Tastes like: Orange Tango, Jasmine Tea F R E S H • B R I G H T • F L O R A L This is one for the washed coffee lovers. Grown by Luz Helena Salazar on her family farm in Quindío, this fully washed Pink Bourbon is clean, elegant and packed with flavour. Think citrus zing and floral lift — like orange tango with a jasmine tea chaser. Luz Helena has been producing standout coffees for years, working closely with her husband Jairo Arcila and their sons at Cofinet. The family is known for pushing quality, and this lot is no exception. Meticulous picking, careful fermentation and a classic washed process done right. It's delicate but full of character. Perfect for filter, but expressive enough for a lighter espresso too. Pearl is named after the iconic Hackney Wick brunch spot me and Alex used to run before we got stuck into coffee roasting. It was the best of times, it was the blurst of times.
