Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Country of Origin: Panama Variety: Geisha Process: Washed Altitude: 1500-1780 mASL For more than 70 years, the Suarez family have produced specialty coffee in Panama's renowned El Salto region, where their high-altitude farms continue to build on a legacy of exceptional quality. The coffees we cupped from El Salto were a classic Geisha style - clean, sweet and floral. In the cup, we found flavour notes of melon, apricot and chamomile.
Notes
Melon is explicitly mentioned as a flavour note but is not in the controlled taste_notes vocabulary.
