UTOPIA is supposed to hit smooth. Nogales Farm's Mosto Fermentation Decaf crashing into a washed Castillo from Las Planadas in Huila. One built to bend expectations, the other bringing the structure to keep everything in line. Expect strawberry milkshake, white peach, wrapped in a syrupy sweetness of acacia honey that hangs around longer than it should. On one side, an experimental Colombian decaf using mosto fermentation to pack flavour into every bean before caffeine takes the exit. On the other, a pristine washed Castillo from Huila, delivering clarity, balance, and enough precision to let the chaos shine.
