Country of Origin: Costa Rica Variety: Gesha Process: Anaerobic Natural Altitude: 1900mASL La Torre is produced by Jhon Alvarado Abarca at Corazón de Jesús, a family-run micromill in Costa Rica’s Brunca region. Jhon and his family have become one of the country’s most celebrated producers, culminating in an extraordinary 2025 Cup of Excellence, where they secured two first-place awards and a third-place finish. We are proud to share one of their exceptional coffees. This Double Anaerobic Natural Gesha is processed to enhance the variety’s vibrant fruit character while preserving its elegance and precision, resulting in a cup with remarkable clarity, refined sweetness and the expressive profile that has become synonymous with Corazón de Jesús. In the cup we find flavour notes of marzipan , blackberry and dark chocolate.
