Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Country of Origin: Lerida Variety: SL34 Process: Washed Finca Lérida is one of Panama’s most historic coffee estates, with a legacy dating back to 1929. Located in Boquete, Chiriquí, the estate produces exceptional specialty coffees across a range of varieties. This is the second year we have bought from Lerida and we were excited to have the SL34 on the menu for the first time. This lot, 0679, has undergone a classic washed process, which creates a unique, tropical and sweet profile. In the cup we find notes of orange , pineapple tepache and brown sugar.
