In the roaster’s words
Kamavindi is one of the oldest coffee producing farms in Kenya and has fantastic conditions for growing specialty coffee. They also process and harvest their own coffee which contributes to their immense consistency. In the cup you can expect a silky body and round acidity. As an Oat Flat White we find it taste of Blackberry Crumble. .coffee-details { width: 100%; border-top: 1px solid #dedede; } .coffee-details details { border-bottom: 1px solid #dedede; } .coffee-details summary { display: grid; grid-template-columns: 38% 1fr auto; gap: 20px; align-items: center; padding: 16px 0; cursor: pointer; list-style: none; } .coffee-details summary::-webkit-details-marker { display: none; } .coffee-details summary::marker { content: ""; } .coffee-details summary::after { content: "▾"; font-size: 14px; font-weight: 400; line-height: 1; color: #222; display: inline-block; transition: transform 0.2s ease; } .coffee-details details[open] summary::after { transform: rotate(180deg); } .coffee-details .label { font-weight: 600; letter-spacing: 0.12em; color: #222; text-transform: uppercase; } .coffee-details .value { color: #666; } .coffee-details .extra { display: grid; grid-template-columns: 38% 1fr auto; gap: 20px; padding: 0 0 20px 0; } .coffee-details .extra-content { grid-column: 2; color: #666; line-height: 1.6; } .coffee-details .extra-content p { margin: 0; } @media screen and (max-width: 749px) { .coffee-details summary, .coffee-details .extra { grid-template-columns: 35% 1fr auto; gap: 12px; } .coffee-details summary { padding: 14px 0; } .coffee-details summary::after { font-size: 13px; } } Origin Embu, Kenya Embu sits on the eastern slopes of Mount Kenya, where high elevations, volcanic soils and a cool climate create ideal conditions for growing coffee.
