EDINSON ARGOTE, COLOMBIA
“peach · strawberry · juicy · clean · clarity · overall sweet”
Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
This is the second coffee we have bought from Edinson Argote. This Pink Bourbon comes from Quebraditas in Huila, Colombia, grown at around 1,850 masl. It reflects the precise processing approach that has made Argote one of Colombia’s most recognised producers, balancing expressive fruit with clarity and structure. Processed using a thermal shock method, the coffee undergoes multiple fermentation stages and carefully controlled temperature changes to build intensity while maintaining a clean profile. Expect fizzy peach rings and strawberry, supported by juicy sweetness and a clean, structured finish.
