In the roaster’s words

Jazzy Max is back with a fresh new blend, and it might just be our most vibrant version yet. Created for those who love fruit-forward coffees, this natural-process blend combines coffees from Brazil and Nicaragua to deliver a cup that's bursting with tropical fruit, delicate florals and creamy chocolate sweetness. Expect a lively cup layered with: Milk Chocolate, Jasmine & Alphonso Mango. Whether you're brewing it as a filter or pulling a bright, juicy espresso, Jazzy Max is all about bold flavour, lively acidity and bringing a little excitement to your daily coffee ritual. MORE ABOUT THE COFFEE Jazzy Max has always been our home for naturally processed coffees. It's where we showcase some of the most expressive, fruit-driven lots we source from producers we love working with around the world. This latest blend combines coffees from Brazil and Nicaragua, each bringing something unique to the cup. The foundation of the blend comes from Bossa Nova , a regional blend produced across the renowned coffee-growing regions of Cerrado and Sul de Minas in Brazil. Cerrado's vast tropical savannah provides ideal growing conditions for producing consistently high-quality coffees, while neighbouring Sul de Minas is Brazil's largest coffee-producing region and home to some of the country's most celebrated farms. Made up of Mundo Novo and Catuaí varieties and processed using the traditional natural method, this coffee provides the sweet, comforting backbone of Jazzy Max. Expect smooth milk chocolate, gentle nutty sweetness and a rich, rounded body that perfectly balances the fruitier elements of the blend. The second component comes from El Diablo in Jinotega, Nicaragua , where coffee is grown within the breathtaking Cerro Datanlí–El Diablo Natural Reserve. Surrounded by cloud forest, waterfalls and exceptional biodiversity, smallholder producers carefully cultivate Catuaí, Caturra and Catimor varieties before selectively hand-picking only the ripest cherries. Naturally processed and carefully dried to preserve its vibrant character, this coffee brings the unmistakable Jazzy Max personality to life. Expect juicy tropical fruit led by ripe Alphonso mango, elegant jasmine florals and layers of bright fruit sweetness that give the blend its lively, expressive finish. Together, these coffees create a beautifully balanced blend that is sweet, vibrant and incredibly drinkable. Rich milk chocolate provides the foundation, while delicate jasmine and juicy tropical fruit bring bri
