Our first coffee from Peru in more than two years provides a beautifully clean and coherent blend of washed Caturra, Catimor, Bourbon and Pache which excels served black , brewed as either espresso or filter . La Danta is a project spanning the San Ignacio and Jaen municipalities operating at around 1500-1900masl , they place an emphasis on high-quality traditional processing with modern innovations, such as the solar dryers utilised with this lot- this has provided a delightfully sweet cup full of peach, apple and brown sugar, an expressive and accessible coffee for the every day.
