Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Our latest incarnation of the hopper-essential Natural Brazil , this time an Acaia varietal from Fazenda Aracaçu. Located at 960-1100masl , this is one of two farms owned by Carmem Lucia , who frequently implements modern innovations to ensure high quality and sustainability- among these measures are solar panels that fully power this farm, saving 65 tonnes of carbon since their installation in 2024, and some adoption of AI in the grading process, aiding the drying phase and boosting consistency in the resulting green coffee. All of this has helped to create a beautiful everyday drinker, excelling on espresso both black and white, with orange, cherry and milk chocolate making up this balanced cup.
