It is part of their Rarities series and was processed as a Natural. A one-step operation where the beans are dried inside the whole coffee fruit until it reaches a moisture of 11%. The coffee presents what many have come to know and love about the Gesha/Geisha varietal. Big expressive florals , with the natural processing bringing sweet fruit like notes like green grape and a hibiscus-like acidity as it cools, with a gentle green-tea like mouthfeel.
