Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Popayán Reserve brings together coffees from 65 producers across Cauca. The farms sit on the Meseta de Popayan where the Andes give stable weather and rich volcanic soil. These conditions support steady growth and a balanced cup with chocolate, caramel and floral notes. Cofinet works with the producers throughout the season and supports the group through quality focused co-ops. This gives farmers better access to equipment, training and ongoing support. The result is a smooth, easy drinking coffee that stays reliable for any brew method.
