This washed Tabi shows the variety at its most graceful and expressive. Careful processing brings out its natural sweetness, texture, and clarity. From Finca Anaya in San Adolfo, Huila, this family farm was rebuilt after hardship, guided by a deep connection to the land and community. Each harvest is a shared effort, with neighbours and local pickers contributing to every lot. The result is a coffee that’s comforting, vibrant, and a true reflection of the people behind it.
