“herbal · guava · apricot · citrus · crisp”
Tasting notes
In the roaster’s words
Luz Marina is crisp, layered, and refreshing with notes of eucalyptus, guava, apricot, and tangerine. Jhon’s grandparents estabished Finca Río Negro in the 60s in Huila. Generations on, they continues to work the land with the same determination. Jhon studied fermentation with top experts to create cofermented coffees that stand out and show what Colombian specialty coffee can achieve. For him, the goal is simple: seeing people enjoy a cup made with passion, care, and love.
