Don Jhon is a real treat. This candy-like Caturra Chiroso balances syrupy sweetness with bright, fruit-forward layers. Jhon’s grandparents established Finca Río Negro in Huila in the 60s. Generations later, the family continues to work the land with the same determination. Jhon trained with top fermentation experts, using cofermentation to craft distinctive, standout Colombian specialty coffees. For him, the goal is simple: seeing people enjoy a cup made with passion, care, and love.
